1. About these terms

This website is operated by Summit Menswear ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & pricing

We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Discounts

Automatic bundle discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other product discounts. We may change or end promotions at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under that law.

7. Use of this website

You may not use our store for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its security or operation. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Summit Menswear or its licensors.
