How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–12 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account to see your order status. Can't find it? Email support@summitmenswear.com.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment — we currently ship to Australia only.
Bundle & save
How does the bundle discount work?
Buy 2 items and save 10%, 3 items and save 15%, or 4+ items and save 20%. Mix and match any shirts, tees, trousers and shorts — the discount is applied automatically in your cart. Jackets are excluded.
Sizing
How do your sizes fit?
Each product page has a size chart with garment measurements in centimetres. Compare them with a similar item you already own. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn with tags attached. Email us with your order number first and we'll send you instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
